Drunvalo and Illia 2005
I'm dividing the blogs into two catagories...
this one is concentrating on the Living Heart work, which is partially the teachings Drunvalo has given, combined with the tradition of Bhakti Yoga~ as given through the lineage of Mahavatar Babaji, as well as
Ayurveda and the wisdom I have been given through North American Native Elders.
All that is given by me and through me is for the purpose of God Realization, living a beautiful life of Love here on Earth Mother.
As we know now, we are at a point in consciousness where we may Realize ALL flows into ONE.
Bringing ALL into Pure Flow of Love.
The human experience is exciting now as we have opportunity to BE Masters of our own making.

I will do my best to provide opportunities to learn and grow, as I was given.

The Yoga of Order and Chaos

As the mind develops and opens to ever more possibilities, the spirit watches.
Then the mind, choosing spiritual growth, makes way for the spirit to move.
Letting go of security, fear and competition, consciousness expands in unknown waters.
The waves toss and roll…cleaning the debri of the souls long journey.

My eldest son Zachariah came up with a word this week...
This is the word I am using to describe the next Intensive I am giving. I will post details as they come in...inspired in Sedona~

Prerequisites will include~

One month prior preparations~

No recreational drugs~ (this includes tobacco and alcohol)

Nutritional program that includes enzymes and minerals from Enzymes International.

Daily meditation~ holding the body perfectly still for a minimum of one hour per day.

Holding the Kriya palate point...with your tongue on the roof of your mouth where the soft and hard palate meet. There may be a dent or bump...with an electrical pulse or vibration.
Bring the awareness to this as much as possible.

Practicing alternate nostril breathing, and three part breath every day.

Sunrise/Sunset meditation, with Extreme Gratitude~
