Boredom is a sub-emotion of anger,
a slot we direct anger to subdue its force.
This energy is transmuted by the same means as any other emotion...NON PROJECTION, boredom has a subtle need to be constantly redirecting.
Looping over and over into our environment...ever seeking, a sense of continued disatisfaction.
Transmuted as any other emotional pattern by embracing in the willingness to feel it,  LOVING how it feels, moving the energy back into the void!
By simultaneously seeing the memory and words associated with the feeling one brings the three creative aspects together to transmute/change permanently.
Freedom!
Bored NO More!
